Today, we are announcing the end-of-support for Pulse smartpens. As of 04/01/2016, Livescribe will no longer support Pulse smartpen hardware issues. Warranty claims for Pulse smartpens will not be accepted beyond this date.
We recognize that we still have customers that continue to use their Pulse smartpens with the Echo Desktop software application. We will continue to support these customers and any issues relating to Pulse smartpen-usage with Echo Desktop.
