Start your smartpen.

On the inside front cover of the Livescribe Starter Notebook
locate the
Status area.

Tap the Storage button
once to see amount
of remaining storage in megabytes (MB).
If available space is less than 1MB, storage is shown in available
KB

Tap a second time to see the remaining recording time based on the
current Audio Compression settings.
You can delete recordings to make space. See
Deleting Recordings from a Smartpen
Alternatively, you can
view smartpen storage using the Quick Command:
storage.
