Setting Scroll Speed

Using the Menu button, tap down to
Settings and tap right to select.

Tap down to the
Scroll Speed option and tap right to select.

Tap up and down to locate the speed you want and tap right to
select.
Scroll speeds are whole numbers between 1 and 10, with 1 as the
slowest.
