Enabling or Disabling Playback Latency

There is natural delay (or latency) between the time you hear an important point and the time when you begin writing notes about it. To address this delay, your smartpen plays back audio from a moment five seconds before you wrote the notes. This feature is called Playback Latency. You can enable or disable it.

  1. Double-tap the center of a Menu button. Then tap down to Settings and tap right to select.
  2. Tap down to Playback latency and tap right to select.

    The option currently in effect displays. If you like that option, tap left to return to the list of settings.

  3. Tap up or down to access the other option: On or Off. Then tap right to select.
