purchasing from Germany not possible,        February 24 2011

Hi, i tried to purchase this sw several times but allways the fraud protection mechanism prevents from buying this app. The shop system always tells me, that my billing address does not match with my contact details at my CC issuer (credit card). I compared the entries of my address here with what I had given to my credit card issuer - all correct. I called my CC issuer, but they even never got any request from this livescribe shop system. So what is wrong with this fraud prevention system for German buyers? Regards, M.
