You may find the following information helpful if you encounter
problems connecting to a WiFi network.
- If you can't find the
network you want at first, try tapping the
Scan for Networks button again to rescan for
available networks.
- If you get no response when
trying to sync or update, check that the smartpen's WiFi radio is turned ON.
- If you are experiencing
trouble connecting to a WiFi network, try moving close to the WiFi access point
to improve signal to the smartpen. Different physical obstructions can affect
WiFi signal strength. Other devices may also interfere with WiFi signals.
- Restart the wireless router
or access point.
