Continuing Recording When Using Other Apps

You can launch another smartpen app (such as the Paper Calculator) while continuing to record audio with Paper Replay.

Your smartpen does not link your notes to the audio while the other app is running. The new app has control of your screen and audio output.

If you want to stop or pause recording or resume writing notes for the recording, you must reactivate Paper Replay in one of the following ways:

Tap a printed Paper Replay buttons, or tap any Paper Replay notes you have written.
Using the Menu button, tap down to Paper Replay and tap right to select.
Do not write or tap anything with your smartpen for five seconds.
