Module 10: Torsion Basics (2/6/09)

The goal here is two-fold: (i) derive a basic equation about twist angle, and (ii) to use that equation to then derive the torsion formula. We succeed by making some basic observations about the nature of torsional deformations, and using the deformed geometry to guide our derivations.
