    Hundreds of educators stopped by the Livescribe booth at ISTE 2012 to experience an interactive classroom and listen to other educators share their stories. Educators presented throughout the day to share their experience using the Livescribe smartpen and then gave away a free smartpen at the end of each session.     This past week Livescribe exhibited at the annual Texas Computer Education Association Convention and Expo in Austin, TX. Just like Texas, everything about this conference was bigger. The tradeshow floor alone hosted more than 400 companies. A multitude of educators from all over the country participated and attended this unique Ed Tech conference. TCEA gives us the opportunity to connect with these amazing “tech savvy” educators and celebrate their work in the classroom. …

    The annual Texas Computer Education Association Convention and Expo is taking place this week. From February 6- 10 Austin, TX will host educators from all over the country and Livescribe is happy to be one of the many Edtech participants.     If there is one thing that can be said about FETC, it’s that Twitter use was off the charts. Several educators were able to follow what is happening at FETC just via Twitter without ever setting one foot on site. FETC 2012 was no different. With the constant stream of information coming through via hashtag FETC it was almost impossible to not know the sessions that were taking place or the products that were gaining the audience’s interest.     In two weeks Orlando, Florida will explode with educators. For four days the talk will be curriculum, educational technology, assessment, mobile learning and more as FETC takes over the Orange County Convention Center. Livescribe is happy to be one of the many participating in this national conference.
