News from Across the Pond

Livescribe made its debut appearance at BETT in London this week. If you haven’t heard of it, BETT is the world’s leading event for educational technology where educators can evaluate aa range of products and services from elementary to university level.

The Livescribe team showed hundreds of teachers and administrators from around the globe how a smartpen works, as well as shared dozens of ideas for how it can be used as an instructional tool. It was exciting to share many of the successes and innovative uses of smartpens from here in the U.S. with educators from around the globe, including the United Arab Emirates, India, Taiwan, China, Australia, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland and Australia.  Everyone who saw the smartpen and its capabilities realized how it could support the whole school community – teachers, students, administrators, etc.
