If pens were shipped in March, I would have expected some meaningful customer feedback by now. The very small quantity of what may be product feedback in the support forum is superficial and may well have come from reading this website, not working with the product. As best I can tell no one who has recieived the product has had any problrms, issues or meaningful observations to pass on thru the supprot forum. In an attempt to get a better idea of what is going on, I did a web search on "Pulse Smart Pen" and was very surprised to see that other than this website, the search turned up nothing fresher than early February. Why a new product introduction would be greeted with this level of silence for over two months is beyond me - no third party evals, customer comments, recent news reaeases .. nothing! "In the future", it says, you will be able to "retire" notebooks and re-use the color. I suppose it will take me a while to fill up 400 sheets, but I'd feel better knowing how far in the future this is. A hint, please?
